FORD CITY LIGHT UP NIGHT

sATURDAY, NOVEMbER 22 2008, 2PM TO 6PM

Santa will be arriving at the clock tower at 2pm he will be available to hear all Christmas wishes and to have photos taken with the children.  At 3pm Choir music will commence.  Throughout the afternoon, the Ford City Library will have story-time.  The evening will cap off at 6pm with the Rock-n-Roll pet show at Chambers Jewelers. 

Most activities will be taking place on and around Ford Street.  Light up night attendees are encouraged to wear turn of the century period clothing (top hats, derbys, capes, bustles, skirts/dresses - check out grandma or great-grandma's attic for your attire)!

 The  meeting will be held in the Public Library at 6:00 p.m.

 

Ford City Borough Council will hold their 2009 Regular monthly meetings on the first Monday of each month (except Sept.) at 6:00 p.m. in the Ford City Public Library located at 1136 4th Avenue, Ford City, PA 16226:

    The year 2009 proposed budget for Ford City Borough, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, is available for public inspection at the Borough Municipal Building.  The Borough Municipal Building is located at 10th Street & Fourth Avenue, Ford City, PA 16226.  Inspection of the proposed budget will be available during regular business hours of the Borough, Monday through Friday, except holidays, during normal business hours from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., for the next ten days following publication of notice.
