Effective January 1, 2010 the Landlord Tenant Ordinance #684 goes into effect.  It is the responsibility of all landlords to register.  All landlords must register each property and each unit with Borough.  Copies of the ordinance are available upon request.  If you are a tenant, please contact your landlord about their compliance with Ordinance #684.  Contact the Borough Office for any questions.

The purpose is to prevent damage to underground facilities.  To promote safety, to provide an efficient and effective communications network among project owners, designers, excavators, and facility owners.
